Jerry looked great! He was in a good mood. His voice
was great! His
piano playing was great! He pounded the keys! No light touch tonight. Everything was much better than I expected. He was better than any of the recent television appearances. The
Killer was fantastic! The only negative comment is the show wasn't
long enough. The whole show including the band's numbers was just under 1 hour. 15 more minutes from the 'Ol Master would have made it a no complainer.
Anyway, it was great to see The Mutha Humpa in TOP FORM!
Terry Ridley:
Wonderful set, Jerry in a great mood, looking sharp
and well! Audience sold out and very welcoming of the killer! The show was just the right length for me as Jerry put in so much energy, no light finger playing
tonight! Cecil was with him, Phoebe was not. He flew in and straight out, the atmosphere was electric back stage!
