Robin:
"JLL showed a lot more energy than usual, the highlightas a quarter version of "Money". He
stopped it saying that as it was 40 years since he had done the song he couldn't remember
the words. Good versions of the usual "Standards" Sweet Little Sixteen, Chantilly Lace etc.
As a seasoned Lewis fan of 25 years I always look forward to the rare songs. I for one
would appreciate more of them. He is certainly looking stronger and sounded mentally sharper than he has at recent shows. Awesome piano playing!"

Jean-Pierre:
"The Killer was absolutely great. Enjoying the audience, the warm reception (both from the
fans and the weather) and most of all enjoying playing his music, smiling, joking, waving his
hands over the keyboard. Too bad that the sound system was lousy and that the was piano
under the par – returning a whirling sound to JLL who indeed complained several times
about it. But again the crowd shouting Jerry, Jerry, Jerry in a Star-Club manner really
boosted the band and Jerry Lee. I never had the pleasure to hear Buck on stage and it was
a real amazement to see him perform with such a soulful pleasure. We really enjoyed the
sound of his guitar. What a great musician and a great person to talk to. We somehow managed to take some pictures despite the strong security."
